  • 1. Answer honestly: do you feel that your money belongs to you? Do you feel that it’s up to you to do as you please with it, or does it have to be handled according to someone else’s mandate, for which you are accountable? What does the Bible say about that? What difference would it make i f you are really just a fund manager for God rather than an owner?
  • 2. Think hard about what your ultimate money goal is. What is God’s ultimate purpose for entrusting you with money? Would Jesus have called you a fool with regards to your money goal?
  • 3. According to the Bible, how do you use money to add meaning to life? Do you need to re-prioritise your spending, saving and giving? Did you respond to the building fund pledge? If so, why did you do it? If not, what’s holding you back?
